Best Time to Visit Shirdi

Shirdi Saibaba
Though Shirdi can be visited throughout the year; still, the best time to visit Shirdi is between January to March as the temperature is quite excellent. This is the inter season that allows devotees to enjoy their visit as they do not have to bear the heat of the sun like summers. Certainly, April to June is the summertime, which is quite hot and humid. People willing to visit Shirdi in this season should carry light cotton clothes and apply lots of sunscreens to avoid tanned skin.

On the other side of the coin, the summers are followed by monsoon season that makes it troubling for the visitors to commute easily because of the water blockage. Then comes the peak pilgrim time that falls between September to November. It is because numerous Hindu festivals fall in this time period and even Sai Baba’s death anniversary. So, the devotees think this to be the most auspicious time to visit Shirdi.
